On June 4th, with the sun shining brightly, the students in Grade 11 Chinese B class, full of anticipation and excitement, set off on a one-day study tour to the ancient capital of Nanjing under the guidance of their teachers.
6月4日，阳光明媚，协和古北十一年级中文B班的同学们满怀期待与欣喜，在老师的带领下，开启古都南京一日研学之旅。
The first stop was the magnificent Ming City Wall. Under the explanation of tour guide Teacher Amore, the students touched the mottled city bricks and felt the wisdom of the craftsmen six hundred years ago. The horse paths, crenels and soldier-hiding caves on the city wall all demonstrated the exquisite design of ancient military defense.
第一站是气势雄浑的明城墙。在导游Amore老师细致的讲解下，同学们轻抚斑驳城砖，切身感悟六百年前工匠的匠心智慧。城墙上的马道、垛口与藏兵洞，处处尽显中国古代军事防御体系的精巧营造。
At noon, the teachers and students arrived at Laomendong, strolling cheerfully among the exquisitely carved beams and painted rafters of the antique-style buildings. At Nanjing Dapaidang (a renowned local restaurant), they not only sampled authentic Nanjing specialties—such as crab roe soup dumplings and duck blood vermicelli soup—but also practiced their Chinese language skills through real-life interactions like ordering dishes and asking about prices.
正午时分，师生一行人移步老门东，悠然漫步于雕梁画栋的仿古街巷间。众人落座南京大牌档，同学们一边品尝蟹黄汤包、鸭血粉丝汤等南京本土特色美食，一边借点餐、询价等实景对话，在真实场景中锤炼中文实操能力。
The afternoon visit to the Nanjing Museum became the highlight of the study tour. Standing before the museum’s prized artifact—a Han Dynasty jade burial suit meticulously woven with gold threads—the students watched in awed silence. Their favorite section, however, was the Republic of China Exhibition Hall. Its architecture faithfully replicated the street layouts and building styles of Nanjing during the Republican era (1912–1949), complete with simulated shops showcasing period-appropriate businesses. This immersive recreation prompted repeated exclamations of ‘So cool!’ from the enthralled students.
午后的南京博物院参访，将本次研学行程推向高潮。在镇馆之宝——东汉金缕玉衣展品前，同学们驻足凝神、细细观赏。全场最受喜爱的莫过于民国馆：场馆建筑完整复刻民国时期南京街巷格局与建筑风貌，馆内布设大量仿真商铺，完整还原当年各行各业市井业态。沉浸式复古场景，引得同学们连连赞叹：“太酷啦！”
During this one-day study tour, the students not only learned and experienced the wisdom and creativity of the ancient Chinese people, but also got a rare opportunity to improve their language skills. They communicated in Chinese throughout the activity, which exercised their language expression ability. This one-day tour in Nanjing was like a feast of knowledge, enabling the students to gain a lot and have a deeper understanding of Chinese culture.
本次研学行程中，同学们近距离探寻、体悟中华先民的智慧与创造，收获了沉浸式提升中文素养与语言能力的宝贵契机。全程以中文互动交流，切实打磨口语表达。这场南京研学宛如一场丰盛的文化盛宴，同学们满载而归，对中华传统文化形成了更为立体、深刻的认知。
